Aramaicos oversees the sector of the conservative restoration of valuable buildings, monumental complexes and architectural, artistic and archaeological heritage. An area set to undergo major development mainly through public-sector commissions by the Superintendence for Environmental and Architectural Heritage, the Superintendence for Archaeology and local authorities, among others.
Its major historical restorations include important interventions at the Baths of Caracalla (1996-1997), the Colosseum (2010-2011), the Trevi Fountain (1988-1991), the Palatine – Farnese Gardens (2005-2007), the House of Augustus Complex (2006-2007), Domus Tiberiana (2009-2010) and Porta Maggiore Basilica (2010/2011).
Through project financing, Aramaicos is involved in the conservative restoration of the facades of the ‘A. Cadlolo’ school on behalf of the Municipality of Rome I and in 2021 it improved the safety of the monumental entrance of Palazzo Tiberi at 95 Via IV Novembre in the Monti district of Rome, currently home to ‘Ennio Quirino Visconti’ middle school.

Works performed: Archaeological stratum and level excavation; waterproofing of wall structures at the level of the upper terrace; removal of debris and securing of the vaults of the Clivus Victoriae; removal of debris, biocide treatment, wall pre-consolidation with injections of special mortars, consolidation of structural cracks, with the use of stainless steel tie rods, on the wall sections of the north-west side of the Domus Tiberiana; consolidation and partial reconstruction of vaults.

Works performed: Construction of galvanised tubular scaffolding, including installation of maintenance elevator; restoration of stone surfaces, consolidation with titanium elements of the sculptural group on the top, restoration of bronze elements, consolidation and painting of plasterwork, restoration of fixtures, restoration of stucco work, restoration of brickwork, seats and steps in the basin; demolition and reconstruction of the basin waterproofing.
